Dear Parents
Welcome back to the summer term which I am sure will be just as exciting and productive as last term. Unfortunately Ms Service is not yet able to return to work as she eventually had to have surgery to her wrist during the Easter break. We wish her well with her recuperation and look forward to seeing her back in school later this term.
Maasai Warriors
As you will know the Maasai Warrior dancers will be performing for the school on Friday 27th April. There is an opportunity to see them on Tuesday evening at the African Evening being held at Holy Rood High School at 7.30pm ? 9.00pm. Tickets are available for this event from the school office.
Next PTA Meeting
The next PTA meeting will be on Thursday 26th April at 7.30pm in school.
P6 Football Team
The P6 Football Team have reached the final stages of the School Board Cup. These matches will take place at Warriston Playing Fields on Tuesday 24th April and will commence at 6.20pm. We wish the boys good luck and hope some of you will come along and support them!
PTA Quiz Night
Following last years successful event the PTA are organising another fund raising quiz night.
This will be held on Friday 11th May at 7.30pm in the Right Wing Pub, Willowbrae Road. If you would like tickets are available from Simon Collins on 669 8089 or Jacquie Robertson on 669 6891.
Come along and join us for a fun night, test your general knowledge and be in with a chance of winning some great prizes!
